icepop x Superpanel: New Partnership Announcement
icepop is now Superpanel's marketing partner, and Superpanel is our AI partner for law firms. Here's what that means for plaintiff firms.

We are excited to share that icepop and Superpanel are now an official team. Superpanel is our AI partner for law firms, and we are a Superpanel marketing partner. In practice, that means when a client needs help actually converting the leads we generate, Superpanel is who we point them to, and when Superpanel's clients need marketing built to keep pace with their intake, they come to us.
Why This Partnership Makes Sense
If you handle personal injury, lemon law, employment law, or mass tort cases, you already know the two biggest bottlenecks to growth: getting enough qualified leads in the door, and actually converting them before they go cold. icepop has spent years solving the first half of that equation for plaintiff firms. Superpanel was built to solve the second half.
Superpanel is an AI-powered intake platform founded by Julien Emery and Dingyu Zhang, built as what they call a coachable digital teammate for law firms. Instead of a lead sitting in a queue waiting on a human intake specialist, Superpanel talks to qualified leads right away, collects evidence, sorts case type and jurisdiction, and can even sign cases. According to Superpanel's own launch announcement, the platform handles roughly 95 percent of that work on its own.
That is exactly the kind of infrastructure a firm needs once lead volume actually starts climbing, which is where icepop and Superpanel start working as one system instead of two separate vendors.
How We Got Here
This partnership did not come out of nowhere. Jordan Banafsheha, icepop's founder and CEO, sat down with Julien Emery, Founder and CEO of Superpanel, on Episode 8 of The Scalable Law Blueprint earlier this year to talk lead dependency, brand building, and where AI is taking legal marketing. Not long after, icepop hosted a small get-together with the Superpanel team, and the conversations kept going from there.
We have already onboarded our first set of shared clients onto Superpanel, and the early results are exactly why we wanted to make icepop and Superpanel official. When the front end of a firm's growth and the back end of its intake are actually built to work together, firms stop losing good leads to slow follow-up.
What They're Saying
"Superpanel solves the part of the funnel most firms never think about until it is already a problem," said Jordan. "We can send a firm every qualified lead in the world, but if intake cannot keep up, that growth does not stick. Partnering with Julien and the Superpanel team means our clients get both halves of that equation built to work together, not bolted on after the fact."
"Icepop gets what most marketing partners miss: sending a firm leads only matters if intake can actually keep up," said Julien. "We have already seen it work with the clients we share, and making this official just puts a name on something that was already working. Jordan and his team think about the full client journey, not just the top of the funnel, and that is rare."
What This Means Going Forward
Firms working with icepop can expect Superpanel to come up as part of how we think about the full client journey. And if you are already a Superpanel client, expect to hear more from us about what modern legal marketing looks like once intake is no longer the bottleneck.
If you want to see what that looks like for your firm, reach out to icepop or take a look at how it played out for other legal firms. And if you are heading to Las Vegas this week, we would love to catch up in person, so be sure to swing by booth 917 for a free headshot as well as a consultation.
